If you purchased anything from Buy.com using google checkout and you need to do your rebate, do not send the invoice from your google checkout account. You have to send the invoice from buy.com with your rebate. If you already sent your rebate, check your rebate status online or contact them and explain the situation.
Here is how to get the invoice from Buy.com using google checkout.
- Log out from from your buy.com account
- Click on My Account
- Click on Order Lookup
- Fill out Order Number (8 digits order number that provided in your email from Buy.com, (not the order number from googlecheckout)), Last Name, and Phone Number(without space) and click Find Order
- It will show your order information that you ordered with google checkout
- If it didn't load your order information, delete all your cookies and follow the above steps again.
- Print your invoice and send in with your Rebate

How to delete cookies:
In Tnternet Explorer: Click Tools -> Internet Options -> in General Tab, click Delete Cookies
In Firefox: Click Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> in Cookies tab, clieck Clear Cookies Now
